Looks can sure be deceiving - Tube Instal Technician Pestban Employee Review

Hello and thanks for posting your review. We are quite concerned about this review because we care about each and every employee who works at our company. Our wages are equal to or better than average in our industry and we are very careful to provide all information in writing and completely prior to an employee working for us. We are one of the only employers we know that go to such lengths to explain our offering prior to hire. While we do believe in hard work, all of our managers go to great lengths to provide a caring work environment for our employees and we feel that our employee longevity reflects this attitude. As the COO I personally meet and get to know all our employees and we conduct an employee Orientation where we inform them they reach out to me or even the owner at any time they have a concern. Our benefits are much higher than the industry average including 401K program w/match, Disability Insurance, Health/Medical/Dental/Vision, paid Holidays and a generous Paid Time Off Policy. We are sorry this employee had a bad experience with Pestban and wish them the best of luck in the future.
