      learn about different aspects of what runs a company. i worked as a software developer. then added tech support. then added training. then the company closed

      Cons

      low pay, no communication about company status. company closed. owners didn't notify of closing. they insisted we're moving and everything was fine.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime. Decent pay and learn lots of good on hand experience. Welding pipe fitting and lots of other things to learn. Moving up is easy here

      Cons

      Ups and downs of oil industry. When it slows down it really slows down. Sometimes it's hard to find something to do
