Good Environment @Fancy Office. You can grow your career as a trader if you already have good knowledge of the share market or if you gain the knowledge and strategies from the company.
Cons
Hard to earn money as per some trainees I met at a hostel given by company. You need to survive for 1 year or more than a year to earn the salary they offer before joining. Hostel (near nurse' quarter) is not good. No security. No canteen.
