      Pros

      A great company to work with, when I started with Pervacio in 2016 the company was going under a bit of rough time because of which many of my colleagues have to take tough decisions of leaving and to be honest I could have been one of them but on the other side I can see my future in Pervacio. Now when I look back , I just "Smile" and have no regret in sticking to the company who is in a much stronger position what it was in last year. Our CEO had a faith and he made it happen and also we should't forget that every organisation face a rough time and then comes the happy days. Proud to be part of a multicultural company who cares for his employees first.

      Cons

      Recognition and appreciation can be handled a little better.

      Great place to get a start in the mobile technology industry and the constantly evolving computer and software industries. With locations around the world, the work environment is a cultural and friendly experience.

      Cons

      Depending on the job title, working out of town at times is required.
