Pros

Learned alot in the 1st 2-3 years of working there.

Cons

Bad management, they would be late paying people and factories, felt like they might go out of business at any moment. They treat longtime workers worse than new hires, probably because they don't want to pay high wages. Also, they baby guy workers and treat women to a higher standard. Never recieved any praise for anything I did there, basically felt like they wanted to fire me then entire time that I worked there.

Pros

I had a positive experience at Peruvian Connection. My former boss and co-worker were kind people who took me along garment district trips, visiting factories and other contractors. It was great to meet everyone they worked with, and everyone seemed to love them too. Team supports each other, no attitudes.

Cons

Not really a 'con' but the environment was quite relaxed for me, but I also like a faster pace. You could easily drive how hard/fast you want to work here. Not sure what growth looks like here, might depend on position.

Pros

-Most of the employees are pretty nice -Perks like employee discount and gift card -They have a great vision and products

Cons

-There was lots of gossipers and some tension between certain coworkers -From my perspective, its a dead-end job. There isn't really room to go farther in this company. -Lots of problems with the new system they are using for sales and inventory. Created extra work and bosses didn't even know how to work it, so you were left to "figure it out" on your own.
