Thank you for reviewing your time at Perthyn. We agree that one of the best parts of the job is getting to know the people we support. We are proud of the many career progression opportunities we have, both operationally and within our corporate roles, so it is disappointing that you believe this was a negative for you. Our management team often work hands on shifts and can resolve any concerns regarding staff capability and attitude. We ensure that no individuals are neglected and pride ourselves on the support we provide to individuals. We are disappointed that you did not have a positive experience with the management team but we do provide our managers with comprehensive training, qualifications, ongoing support and HR advice. We are unable to comment on individual salaries but, in line with National Living Wage increases, we have been able to increase the salary pay scales for a number of positions. We are also proud of our growth over the last few years, especially in Carmarthenshire which is one of our biggest regions.
