The communication between departments are not effective.

- Healthcare benefits for US employees are excellent - It’s a fascinating and promising technology - I had the opportunity to work with some really smart and kind people

- There’s poor collaboration and communication between the US and the UK, and little care from the UK toward the US teams in all aspects - Upper management doesn’t fully understand healthcare commercialization in the US, yet doesn’t take seriously the opinion of US experts. - Little to no growth opportunities if you’re in the US offices
