      Good working environment and knowledgeable people to provide support when needed. Staff events good and informative. Adviser academy good.

      Cons

      Employee benefits aren’t in line with other companies in same industry - parental leave recently updated but still out of line with competitors, no life cover offered as standard, lower employer pension contributions than competitors

      Pros

      None at all, not having a good experience.

      Cons

      They bought my old company, and all they care about was taking over the clients and how much they can earn from them. Including wanting to increase the charges. Did not care about the current staff, would not let advisers talk to their own clients and has lots of data that they shouldn’t have, even when they request it to be deleted. A very bullying, toxic environment.
