Pros
Good for gaining entry level experience, wide range of products, coworkers were very helpful and friendly, the company held fun teambuilding events
Cons
The pay was not competitive. There was also extreme office politics, managers did not get along which led to tension and conflicting direction (and employees being caught in the middle); the CEO did nothing to address this. There was not always someone in charge of HR while I was there, and although it was a friendly environment coworkers would often make jokes that could be construed as inappropriate/offensive. There was also rampant favoritism, and it almost felt as if there was a ranking system for employees. By the end it felt more like a high school popularity contest than a professional workplace.
