I came to Perspecsys a little over a year ago from a large corporation. My passion to join the Perspecsys team was driven by a curiosity and thirst for knowledge of cloud security. That passion continues today because of the way we go about our business and how we work with our customers. What we do is hard, and our approach to a very challenging problem helps solve real issues facing the world today. Solving that problem with integrity, intelligence, and compassion creates a burring desire inside that is hard to find. Perspecsys is a very exciting place to be. The product is exciting, customer adoption is exciting and the overall people I work with are driven. Being part of a global org can have its challenges but we work hard and also play hard. Its great how everyone is given the opportunity to help out in various ways as we all work towards the common goals. We work together to get things done. Benefits are great! Work/life balance is better than expected and the flexibility and trust created by Senior Management drives me to deliver even more for the team.
