Pros
Personio's growth to date is really impressive, the talent they've been able to hire in offices like Munich are fantastic and just within the team I've taken over - there's so much potential for the future! With a very flat structure and autonomy to execute how best you see fit, you really can be a master of your own destiny here. There's lots of offices in Europe so hiring the right talent isn't limited to geo and the business runs well "remotely". They truly care about you as a person, I would have no concerns reaching out for help or feeling judged if I needed extra support The London office is in a great location and everyone is really friendly, free weekly lunches bring everyone together and there are perks like Gympass
Cons

There's still a lot of "startup" hacks everywhere (google sheets instead of systems, slack for process, lack of direction in areas, decision by democracy at the cost of speed and inexperienced people managers) BUT all of these are being addressed and constantly communicated about so if you're a new hire; just focus on what you can control and leverage the experience of watching a company glow up. This company is definitely going places
