Hi, I’m happy to hear that you enjoy your coworkers and the office vibe, but disappointed that not all of your experience was a good one. As a leadership team, we regularly review targets – and training – to ensure our teams are set up for success. We’re also making sure to provide multiple avenues for our employees to provide feedback, including multiple anonymous surveys and anonymous questions for AMAs. Along with this, we’ve already implemented consistent, clear, and transparent frameworks for performance assessment and promotions within the team.
