Hello, thank you for taking a moment to provide us with this feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your Personio experience hasn’t been a positive one for you. Especially because, as a member of Sales leadership, I can say that we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and want to provide only a positive experience for our teams.
We’re building a culture of regular feedback at Personio, including upwards feedback. We’ve build in multiple avenues for our teams to provide that feedback to their managers or above, like our anonymous engagement surveys, regular AMAs in Northern and Southern Europe monthly meetings, anonymous menti polls, and more.
We are also focused on setting our Sales team members up for success for their next career steps, be that at Personio or elsewhere, through individualized development plans and transparent, consistent performance management frameworks.
