Colleagues were supportive and genuinely wanted to help each other succeed.

Cons

Leadership relies heavily on strict oversight and offers very little autonomy. Managers mostly carry out directives from upper leadership, which creates a rigid environment and leaves sales reps with limited support. The culture focuses more on monitoring than on developing people. Quotas are set far above what the product and market conditions can realistically support, making it extremely difficult to succeed. Pay is significantly below industry standards, and this is made worse by the expectation that each rep must learn, manage, and demo multiple separate platforms. This workload is unusually high for the SaaS industry, especially considering the compensation and the lack of updated product materials. The products feel outdated and slow to evolve. Many features are behind current standards, which makes it challenging to deliver demos that resonate with prospects. It often feels like you are selling tools that are years behind the competition. Instability is a recurring theme. Reorganizations and shifting team structures happen so frequently that it is hard to build momentum or feel secure in the role. Teams often feel like they are starting over every few months.
