1. One Man Show, as an employee my opinion was disregarded constantly
2. Micro-management is the common way to "control" employees.
3. extra effort is not evaluated while being late for 5-10 mins is being frowned upon.

A lot has changed since 2019-2020. The products are different and the last thing you can say is that they are not innovative when the level of machine learning is sky-high. The standards are high and one of the most important values is proactivity.
If you are proactive, you don't need micromanagement and that's the last thing anyone will want to deal with.
1) Full remote
2) High level of autonomy and responsibility without micromanagement (there are no endless useless calls, no unnecessary KPIs, all issues are resolved very quickly)
3) The project is very dynamic, New technologies and new versions of tools are easily added (therefore, the number of legacies is being reduced and new approaches are being introduced)
4) Great colleagues (really great)
5) Paid training courses
Cons
High requirements for candidates (it’s very difficult to get into the dev team), but it’s worth it)
