Management is awful, as well as the owner Kathi. Very catty and unprofessional. Do not value their employees and are always nitpicking everything you do. If you ask for a task to be given to you, you are told you should already know what you should be doing. If you don't ask, you're told you're being lazy by not asking for more to do. Everyone is constantly gossiping and talking behind each others backs, and any time Kathi is in the spa, the mood instantly shifts and everyone has to walk on egg shells.
