Pros

I recently transitioned from Persistent Systems India to Mexico office for a project and the entire relocation and integration process was handled with professionalism. Often international transfers can be chaotic but the staff here made it feel incredibly smooth. The local team in Mexico is exceptionally helpful and welcoming, which made the cultural and professional adjustment much easier. Company has a solid framework for global mobility; communication between the two regions was efficient and I felt supported at every step of the move.

Cons

The logistical side of an international move always has its hurdles (visas, documentation, etc.) and while the team provides great support, it requires lot of patience and proactive follow-up on employee's part.
