It is the place to be If you value transparency, collaboration and impact, Your job will likely have lots of flexibility if you are a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. If you have a great idea to improve the product or any process, leadership will listen and likely implement it....and the pay is excellent pay with good benefits. All people I work with are incredible...capable and collaborative. Leadership cares about the experiences of all employees and top leaders are incredibly approachable, always willing to talk and give/receive feedback
Cons
At the end of the day, the job is software sales and customer services which is a grind and not for everyone. Leaders have high expectations and SAAS is a tough business in a very competitive market.
