Pros

At first feels like heaven and then the ugly truth emerges..

Cons

- Remote but NOT remote - Micromanagment at its best - Managers that don't hear and punish if you don't play the game "Look at me how much I work" - It doesn't matter how much you work or you are showing interest to learn and contribute to other projects, The one who is saying I am working hard (even not doing it at all and steal the ideas from all the below cooworkers) will proceed in this company. - Every six months lay-offs - AI what? Not here. - Overworking constantly - Even if you succeed in goals and do everything they want they will sure find a ridiculous reason to say why you are not promotes. I am talking for really ridiculous reasons. For example, they will tell you, we don't do this for the client, decline, and they will come to tell you, you should have done it. Paranoia - Very low salaries - I really could write forever cons

Cons

A lot to learn quickly, but everyone is quite helpful.

Pros

I genuinely love working at Persado. The role and scope are exactly what I was hoping for, and the work itself is challenging in the best way. Expectations are high, but they’re paired with a product that is constantly evolving, so you’re encouraged (and expected) to keep learning, thinking creatively, and pushing yourself alongside it. The people are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and respectful. There’s a strong sense of collaboration without any pressure to perform small talk or force close friendships, which I really appreciate (as someone who prefers to keep work & life separate). You’re trusted to show up as a professional, do great work, and contribute meaningfully. Leadership gives space to operate and values good judgment and it is very much a place where ideas matter and where employees are treated like capable adults. It's by far the most empowering, encouraging environment I have ever been a part of.

Cons

The work (irrespective of department) is demanding and requires a lot of ownership and self-direction. It’s a great environment for people who like to stretch, but it’s not a place to coast.
