      The people there are very understanding. They take the time to teach you properly and allow you to learn the processes

      Cons

      You end up supporting people who don't even know how to use a computer. It's very hard to ask them to download TeamViewer via a link you send to connect to their PC.

      With only one person above me, and that person not ready to retire, there wasn't much room for growth.
