Pros

I love my co-workers The name isn't too shabby on the resume Summer Fridays (leave at 2) in the NY office

Cons

Family owned company, so there is a gross display of nepotism We are highly underpaid No raises for the past 2 years Upper management refuses to approve hiring of interns, yet more and more development being throw at us The owners don't know anyone's name, they don't care about you. The CEO is like 100 years old and just doesn't have the mindset for the fashion business in this day and age. We keep acquiring irrelevant companies that really bring the brand down.

Pros

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Cons

None that I can see.
