      Pros

      The onboarding/training process is extensive. It is nice to have a designated trainer/teacher for programs and processes. I didn't know anyone moving here and have quickly gained friendship with coworkers which has been nice in the transition.

      Cons

      Systems are slightly outdated but the company seems to run like a well oiled machine even with them. PC Desktops only which could be a pro and con, no taking work home.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
