      Pros

      Great benefits, opportunity for growth, and management has an open door policy. If you are committed to the company, foster positive relationships, and put in quality work; you'll see the return on your investment.

      Cons

      Limited flex scheduling and hours. Would love to see considerations for adjusted schedules and PTO policies due to a changed COVID world. An increase in daycare and school closures for COVID mean less PTO spent on vacation, which means less time for employees to recharge. Encourage and set an example of good work-life balance.

      Pros

      The hours were standard, good start and end time. The people overall were nice and the work was what you made of it.

      Cons

      You had to be on your feet for all 8 hours of work. On the hot summer days the heat was too much at times. We would get extra breaks but it still was a lot to deal with. There were issues with the management the last few weeks I was there for some coworkers.
