      Pros

      Health benefits 401(k) Good location

      Cons

      Promotions not based on merit Cliquey culture and not authentically welcoming. People get fired for not being liked. No accountability for departmental failures. Management is dangerously low-skilled. Unlimited PTO is not a benefit here. Questionable ethics of not taking care of lower paying accounts.

      Pros

      Perrill has incredibly smart and talented people who are committed to doing great work. The management team listens and cares about the employees. Schedules are flexible, so we can work from home or come into the office whenever we want. A lot of people prefer to come into the office because the culture is great and the environment is productive and fun.

      Cons

      Company growth has been a little slow lately and there have been a few bad employees that caused extra work for some of us, but that issue has been resolved.

      Amazing co workers and the company direction is solid. I appreciate the hands on support and collaboration across all marketing channels.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of the market, but definitely not a deterrent.
