- Frequent loud abuses and cuss words are hurled in office by some uncivilised employees, maintaining an unhealthy environment, especially for women employees. I wonder how can someone retain such an abusive and unprofessional employee.

Please do not accept the offer (especially in tech) just because the company is willing to pay you good. Trust me, it's not worth it!
