I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Peroptyx as part of the Community team, I had the opportunity to work with the global community of independent contractors and I enjoyed driving participation and productivity through creative programs, webinars, and data-driven initiatives. One of the most exciting aspects of the role was contributing to the accuracy and reliability of AI and machine learning location-based solutions. This made the work meaningful with real world impact. The nature of the business was fast-paced and ever-changing, so always exciting, and this pushed me to continue to grow and adapt. Every member of the team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and driven. I practiced a wide variety of skills, from content creation and webinar delivery to data analysis. I always felt like my work contributed to the company’s goals, and I left feeling that I had grown both professionally and personally.
Cons
Like in any startup environment, there were some moments where priorities shifted quickly, and pressure increased with the growth of the company, but overall, the experience was positive and energising.
