The AI training element is fake and clearly a miss direct from what they really want is a personal data scrape, please don't waste your time. Look at the company profile and the hundreds or fake roles they're posting on job platforms. The staff repeatedly harass applicants for repeated applications. If they have your contact details, ask them to delete it.
