- decent budgets and travel - rigorous business analysis and strategy - decentralized corporate model (pro and con)

Cons

-focus on internal messaging and self-congratulatory actions vs. any real consumer-facing connections - must love building decks - As others have mentioned, politics are king, if you don't play the sycophant well, you won't be rewarded - lack of diversity addressed by appointing a female CEO who's on a mission to be a CMO, which turns into weird, boring marketing that doesn't sell alcohol - Booze. It's everywhere, all the time - Hugely bureaucratic structures make quick, timely decisions impossible
