HR benefits are excellent. Good healthcare coverage, dental, vision, education reimbursement and 401k,. Additional health benefits for gym as well as wellness seminars. There is an excellent culture. The people are great to work with.
Cons
As many companies, the experience directly relates to your division. Some areas are very flexible for work life balance while others are not. There are no official work from home policies. Re-organizations are common.
