Pros
Lovely bunch of workers and the workplace encourages health & wellbeing support and is an accredited family friendly workplace.
Cons
The flexible working mindset doesn't reach management level. Lack of support, compassion and trust in those workers that need it most. It seemed easier to put them in the "too hard basket" and manage them out the door.
