Local Management team is the biggest problem in the company. They are lack of capability, they don’t care employees and always evade problems. Besides, they are lack of empathy, no sense of responsibility at all. The worst part was I felt I worked as a slave and need to follow a king who is extremely autocratic and have nothing can learn from him/her.
