      Great place to work. Good atmosphere. Plenty of overtime.

      Forced overtime. The politics can be a bit much.

      Pros

      Compensation was higher than most aerospace companies.

      Cons

      Work long hours, high turnover in leadership, high turnover rate in general, demanding revenue numbers from corporate. No sense of loyalty within leadership.
