Pros
Great ground staff people (although most have left). Steady job, and the office is modernised well from what it was. The product is solid too.
Cons
The CEO, CFO and board of directors are arrogant and will not listen to you. Their pay structure for staff including yearly raises and bonuses is like a giant slap in the face. You'd never get a mortgage on a salary here unless you act like the directors. There are people in positions who either have no right to be there or are so difficult to work with, its misinterpreted as "leadership". That thing called training is practically non existent, no matter how much people try to change that, it'll forever go nowhere. It's a sad state of affairs as back in the old days it was a descent place to work.
