Was able to find a role that benefited my career. Good compensation. Recruiters stay from beginning to end of contract and truly want your success.
Cons
Because of contract positions there is latency between recruiters and contract company. Hiring process was confusing between different org paperwork, and contract owner not clearly defining the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
