People are the biggest strength. To do attitude. Good atmosphere, speak-up culture. CSR activities (Impact Day and local activities). Possibility to develop in other departments.
Cons
Salary could be better. Obligatory 30 minutes break not included in working time. Not possible to work remotely from other countries than where the contract was signed.
