The company makes many many interesting product and has many interesting and clever people working there.
Cons
Constant "optimization" and management by numbers is slowly crushing out innovation and leadership. Most product lines get a face lift instead of an functional improvements. More and more work is outsourced to cheaper countries reducing quality.
