Pros
Management is pretty relaxed but I think that's only because they avoid any type of conversation with their team members. The benefits are also solid.
Cons
The list is extensive but the only thing I will mention is they just laid off an entire department right before yearly bonuses and apparently the meeting lasted no longer than 5 minutes a nobody saw it coming.
