      Pros

      Revenue from existing software will keep the informatics division afloat for the short term. The CambridgeSoft brand and reputation is solid and well regarded in the industry.

      Cons

      The new senior management hasn't been able to agree on a coherent plan and execute. There are visible and bad political plays being made at a high level which affect employee morale. There is no transparency into planning and decision making.

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
