      Building identity in a competitive market place of instrument sales. Limited resources as people retire and leave for new opportunties. Owners are tweaking business and expecting results too fast.

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
