Pros

- Have learnt what kind of company I don’t want to work for in the future.

Cons

- Felt personally victimised by poor, unprofessional management. - There is no HR. - Unrealistic expectations for poor salary. - Unpaid overtime expected everyday. - Promises made that we’re undelivered. - Would not advise anyone if looking for their first job, Intern role or graduate job.

Pros

- good experience in a wide range of areas. Will become highly experienced in a short space of time which sets you up well for future roles.

Cons

- poor salary, no bonuses, no benefits - management have unrealistically high expectations and make employees feel anxious and sad about coming into work. - toxic bullying office culture due to no HR. Often company leaders will gang up on other employees - expectations to use your own car to drive hundreds if not thousands of miles a month. - CEOs unwilling to listen to anyone elses opinion- believe it's their way or the highway. - expectation to stay late. When I made a complaint about work load I was told I should be staying until 8pm at night to get it done. I was contracted until 5pm. - often contacted at the weekend regarding non urgent work things. Expectation to make Perkier your whole life.

Pros

We are shocked to see the reviews below which we do not recognise as our Company: - We provide lots of opportunities to learn, and have autonomy & responsibility - We pay at market rates - We do not expect our employees to work long hours during the week, nor work weekends - We do listen to our employees views and welcome new ideas and feedback - My partner and I have extensive FMCG business experience and are able to apply this is an entrepreneurial environment

Cons

We are a small business with a small team. If you prefer to work in a larger organisation Perkier may not be for you
