The pay is under market. It will be incredibly hard to get a raise while you work here.
The CEO- not qualified for a growth phase company. Has been incredibly resistant to any change whether it be updating the product, increasing pay to market, to allowing new leadership to have input on how to improve PerkSpot. PerkSpot is incredibly slow on making any necessary changes, the CEO likes to drag his feet, all the while stating its best to take time when making a decision, and the people that suffer are the employees, waiting for better direction, a better product, and increase in pay for hard work and more livable wages.
