Pros
- An amazingly talented team, well traveled and diverse. - A few very inspiring team leaders. - Great company events. - Beautiful offices.
Cons
- Very unfair salaries - people with the same level of experience might see a 4k+ discrepancy between their salaries. - Due to bad forecasting, we're sooo under staffed in customer care for a few months, so the work volume is insane. Now they hired new people but it's going to take a few more months until they can become independent. - The customer care department always feels so separated from the rest of the company, although they're making efforts to make us feel more included. - The rotational shift pattern means you might work 3 pm - 11:30 pm one week, 6:30 am - 3 pm the next one, then 10:30 pm - 7 am, and so on. Or even, you can have 3 days from 6:30 am, and then 2 more from 3 pm; so I don't recommend it to people who need a stable schedule. - They say growth is encouraged, but the way they choose who can move internally is shady sometimes. An example I've seen, you have this agent with no experience or good performance, and then you have this other agent who is a senior and masters everything in their department. Guess who takes the promotion?
