      Pros

      As a fresher, it was important for me to get experience and improved my skills. The project in which I am working is challenging and fulfilling. Perito's recruiters are very responsive and replies to my queries almost instantly. The company has paid my salary and incentives on time. Overall, I got good exposure and opportunities and learn new things.

      Cons

      The best thing about Perito is that its recruiters help you in every way possible. Large client base at the client site make me work hard and receive motivational rewards.

      The best part about this company is that you don't have to take to much load of work everyone around you are very supportive and polite.

      Pros

      Very good infrastructure , good enviroment ,great people. You will get a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.Salaries are good. I can safely say that Perito is one of the best recruitment agencies in India.Best incentives in the market.Very good clients.

      Cons

      None as such .Only con is that they dont have any office in south though they have a lot of clients from south.
