Pros
I've worked for a few companies, and Periscope's culture and community is second to none. I wake up excited to come into the office everyday, even after being here for more than two years. -- The teammates I work with are solid. They are kind, positive, helpful, and very hardworking. We make decisions together as a team and win as a team. -- I always feel challenged and driven to do my best, because my function has a strong tie to my natural talents and purpose. Furthermore, I feel empowered and enabled by my managers and teammates. -- The company is revolutionizing a legacy market. It's never easy to spot a company that is at the frontiers of innovation. The data sector, the heart of every decision that is made, is a mess, and Periscope data is at the cutting edge of transforming it all. It can't get better than that!
Cons
There's some growing pains that comes with moving fast as a company. While there's never a dull day, it can get frustrating at times when the ownership of projects, metrics, managers, etc. change.
