Cons
- Due to the nature of being a scale-up in tech the strategy, job requirements, internal processes and plans can change frequently to adapt to changing needs.
This is great for people who enjoy a growing and evolving role. This could be a major disadvantage for people who need rigid structure & routine.
- The coffee is mediocre
- We have these healthy snacks which are great, but I was completely surprised how many calories are in those things. Mindblowing.
