Customers can be pretty demanding sometimes. Pace of work can be hard to keep up with.

Management is really flexible and understanding. The whole team is very collaborative, and everyone really enjoys working together. Product solves real problems and creates interesting challenges.

It's a pretty small team, so there aren't many leadership positions available. It's also a young company, so they don't pay quite as well as bigger companies might.
