Pros

They used to have a good 401K plan but took it away with the merger

Cons

This company has gone downhill fast. The merger has exposed not only their product weaknesses but also their deceptive and poor leadership. They are money hungry mongols who only care about deceiving potential and existing customers into paying more. We faced constant product outages and customers are rarely given what they are promised. Never in my life have I seen so many fights, all caps messages on slack, and a fundamental lack of care for others. I would think twice about doing any business with these soulless monsters. Massive layoffs are sure to ensue as they vastly over-hired in sales and squeezed employees out of equity.

Pros

-Great leadership in the Miami office. -Best bot solution on market and company has good strategy to expand its cyber security portfolio -Culture is amazing. Yes, it's sales but people within the office are not trying to backstab you. Coworkers are always helping each other out. You really become close friends with the people you work with it's a very diverse group of individuals. I think it's also important to note this is business and you can't get complacent. Every company has to make hard decisions to let people go and those individuals sometimes try and play victim because they confused the great culture with thinking their jobs are safe, when they could have been working harder and bringing more revenue to the company. -Our CEO is awesome, humble, approachable (via slack), kind, and helpful -Solid base pay + good benefits, free lunches everyday, happy hours

Cons

-Growing pains that come with joining a startup that's becoming more corporate -Holiday time off should be clearly stated weeks, if not months prior. -Work/life balance can be difficult, but I'm not really sure if this is a con. It's sales. If you want to be successful and have a bright future, it requires you to work outside of business hours. -Close rate is pretty low and sales cycle highly varies, so it can very difficult to finally get a contract signed, but this comes with the territory. It's a hyper competitive industry. Buying process can have numerous roadblocks. I truly think management is trying to fix these issues so the business can be more successful and reps can make more commissions
