My experience with this company was disappointing. Employees should carefully evaluate the risks before joining. Job security is a major concern, as employees can be terminated unexpectedly. There are significant delays in providing important employment documents. Full & Final (FNF) settlement takes much longer than expected and requires repeated follow-ups with HR. HR responsiveness is inconsistent, and employees often need to chase updates multiple times. Exit formalities and documentation are not handled in a timely or professional manner.
