      Pros

      I'm a new employee of PeriGen. I have felt very welcomed by my new colleagues. Benefits are good and the office is nice and cheerful.

      Cons

      This is a growing company so there will of course be some growing pains as we work to iron out our processes. I wouldn't count this as a con though.

      Pros

      Leadership is very supportive and helpful. They let you do your job, and offer help where needed. Great products and services. These folks are interested in being the best, and they are doing it the right way.

      Cons

      It's a takeover/rip & replace market, so it's tough to sell into. We are working on ways to compliment, rather than replace systems, so the future is going to be even better. Could always use more marketing support, but that is becoming more abundant as well.
