Pros

They send you to Germany for two weeks where they make you take a test.

Cons

Overworked Underappreciated No Vacation Time No Sick Days (!?) Basically as a Design Engineer you're worked to the bone and are never praised for your work (unless you earn the oh so coveted Employee of the Month).

On behalf of the HR team we would like to thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel that PERI was not the great place for you. We pride ourselves and creating a culture that focuses on our employees and work/life balance. We will look into your comments and see if there are areas that we can improve on. As for sick pay we offer all employees sick days in addition to paid time off and holidays. I am sorry that you were not made aware of these benefits. I will make sure that I speak with my team to ensure that we make provide additional educational sessions on our benefits. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Flexible work schedule with a good work-life balance. Plenty of PTO, decent 401(k) match and average health insurance

Cons

Everything else. Base pay is not enough to survive on, commissions were adjusted every year I worked there and bonuses were eliminated. I made the same amount of money year 1 and year 4 while I made the company 5x as much.
